Refund Policy

This page describes how refunds are handled for paid Edore plans. It is maintained by the Edore team as a service to our customers and is not a legal document. For specific billing questions, contact us directly.
Free plan
The Edore free plan is offered at no cost. No payment is collected and no refunds apply.
Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error or are dissatisfied with a recent charge, contact us within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, are typically processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
No refunds
We generally do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period, including after cancellation mid-cycle. Refunds are not available for usage-based overages, add-on purchases, or charges that have already been applied to your account balance.
