Edore starts free (1 agent). Paid plans run $39–$99/month depending on agents and query volume, with tax-inclusive pricing. The live plan matrix is on the home page's pricing section.
Each plan includes a monthly message quota that scales with price — from a few hundred on Free up to tens of thousands on Enterprise. Overages don't cut you off mid-month; you'll get an in-app warning and can upgrade at any time.
Free includes 1 seat, Pro adds team members with role-based access, and Enterprise supports unlimited seats. Invitations are sent by email and each member gets granular permissions.
Edore matches Chaindesk's core capabilities — trained AI agents, embeddable widget, public API — at lower prices, with branding removal on Pro and full white-label available on request. You can bring your own models, SMTP, and branding without a custom contract.
How your content and conversations are handled.
No. Your uploaded content and end-user conversations are only used to answer questions inside your own workspace. They are never used to train foundation models — yours or anyone else's.
Yes. Edore is designed for GDPR — you control what data is collected, you can export or delete conversations and leads at any time, and end users can request removal via the dashboard. NXG INFOSYSTEM acts as processor for content you upload.
Content, embeddings, and conversations are stored in encrypted managed Postgres with row-level security. Access is scoped per workspace — teammates only see the organizations they belong to.
White-labeling and deploying for clients.
On Enterprise you can create separate organizations per client under a single agency account, each with its own agents, datastores, branding, and billing. Team roles let you keep client workspaces isolated while your ops team manages them all.
