Team invitations & role-based access
Owners and admins can invite teammates by email with granular roles. Invitations expire, can be revoked, and new members join the correct workspace automatically.
PDF, DOCX and XLSX ingestion
Datastores now accept PDF, Word and Excel files alongside plain text and URLs. Content is parsed, chunked and embedded so agents can answer from your documents directly.
Transactional email system
Edore now sends branded transactional emails (welcome, invitations, billing) via Resend with per-workspace SMTP overrides and a template editor in the admin panel.
Dodo subscription billing
Paid plans are live through Dodo Payments. Workspaces can upgrade, downgrade and cancel from the billing page, with plan limits enforced server-side.
Public REST API
A Chaindesk-compatible REST API covers agents, datastores, datasources, conversations and chat. Every endpoint is authenticated with API keys generated from the dashboard.
Public chat widget
Embed any agent on your site with a single script tag. The widget supports theming, custom welcome messages and lead capture, and works on any HTML page.
